All they do is rob people because up to now I’m waiting for refund and the customer service is terrible, they ignore you

Hey I'm new here and I feel the same way as everyone else. I paid but I haven't been able to do anything yet and they ignore me about the refund. I need help they took out more than one transaction that I didn't authorize
