Getting fed up

Well, I'm just about fed up with this site and will be requesting a full refund, mostly do to lack of support. I've tried several times to figure out this site and can't seem to get any help other then me submitting a request, which has resulted in absolutely no response so if something doesn't happen here in the next few minutes then I'm calling quits and ask for a refund.

   Have to agree 100%. There’s no normal chat nothing works but so old past stuff nothings up to date and I’ve reinstalled twice just to be sure it’s not me.
