Access of other phone
If i had access to the phone and time to download it i wouldnt have wasted all this money.

Yes i agree. I was told if i paid more that an agent could help me install it remotely. So i upgraded for nothing.

It seems like that is all this is you open one page push a button then they want more money
If i could get the phone i want to check then why would i need their service. Id do it myself. They mislead you in their ads
