If information on your dashboard appears encrypted or unreadable, the issue may be related to account security encryption. The service uses encryption to help protect the information stored in your account from unauthorized access. In some cases, data may appear encrypted after you reset your account password.
To resolve encrypted data issues, try the following solutions:
Reset your account password
Resetting the password again may restore access to the data. To reset your password:
- Open the account login page.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Follow the instructions to create a new password.
- Log in to your account again and check the dashboard.
Reinstall the app
If the data is still encrypted after resetting the password, reinstall the monitoring app on the target device and complete the setup process again. After reinstallation:
- Start synchronization again if required.
- Wait for the synchronization process to complete.
- Check the dashboard for updated information.
It may take some time for the data to appear correctly after synchronization is completed.
