Yes, you may extend your subscription at any convenient time.
Please note that the child’s device linked to your subscription may lose the connection after the expiration date. If this happens, you might need to contact our Support Team for troubleshooting or, in some cases, re-install Spynger once the subscription is extended.
If your subscription expires, logs collected from your child’s device will be kept on our server for no longer than 3 months.
