If your iCloud account is linked but you do not see new updates in your Spynger account, check the following:
Make sure iCloud Backup is turned on
The target device must have iCloud Backup enabled. If iCloud Backup is turned off, new data is not uploaded to iCloud and cannot appear in your Spynger account.
To enable iCloud Backup:
- Open Settings on the target device.
- Select the Apple ID name.
- Go to iCloud > iCloud Backup.
- Turn on Back Up This iPhone.
- Make sure automatic backups are enabled.
For detailed instructions, see Appleās guide:

Check available iCloud storage
Apple provides 5 GB of free iCloud storage by default. If the iCloud storage is full, new data cannot be backed up or synced.
To resolve this issue:
- Delete old backups or unnecessary files from iCloud.
- Upgrade the iCloud storage plan to get more space.
After storage becomes available, wait for the next iCloud backup to complete.
Request manual synchronization
Automatic synchronization is currently unavailable. To receive updated data from iCloud, you must manually request synchronization each time in your Spynger account.
Please note:
- Only one manual synchronization request is allowed within a 24-hour period.
- New data will appear in your account after the synchronization process is completed.
To request synchronization:
- Open your Spynger account dashboard.
- Select Sync.

Relink the iCloud account
If updates still do not appear, relink the iCloud account.
To relink the account:
- Open your Spynger account dashboard.
- Find the Unlink Device option.
- Select Unlink Device.
- Confirm the unlinking process.
After you confirm the unlinking process, the iCloud account is disconnected from the solution.
Then, take the target device and connect it to the Spynger account again by following the instructions displayed on the screen.
