The desktop app can upload the following information from the target device to your dashboard:
- Text messages
- WhatsApp messages
- LINE messages
- Kik messages
- Contacts
- Phone call logs
- Wi-Fi networks
- Events
- Notes
- Installed apps
- Browser history
- Browser bookmarks
If some or all information is missing from your dashboard, make sure synchronization was completed successfully.
The desktop app does not synchronize data automatically. To receive updated information on your dashboard, you must manually synchronize data from the target device.
After the initial setup, you do not need to connect the target device to your computer with a cable for future synchronizations.
Requirements for synchronization
Before you start synchronization, make sure the following requirements are met:
- The desktop app is running on your PC or Mac.
- The computer and the target device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- The target device’s screen is turned on when synchronization starts.
- You select Sync now in the desktop app.
- You enter the iPhone passcode each time you synchronize data.
Entering the passcode is required because of Apple security restrictions.
Synchronization starts only after all requirements are met.
Start synchronization
To upload the latest information to your dashboard:
- Open the desktop app on your computer.
- Select Sync now.
- Enter the iPhone passcode on the target device when prompted.
- Wait for synchronization to complete.
After synchronization is completed, new information may take some time to appear on your dashboard.
If data is still missing
If information still does not appear after synchronization:
- Make sure the target device remains connected to the same Wi-Fi network during synchronization.
- Make sure the target device’s screen stays active until synchronization is completed.
- Restart the desktop app and try synchronization again.
- Verify that the requested data exists on the target device. For example, browser history or messages cannot be uploaded if no data is available on the device.
- Reinstall the desktop app and complete the setup process again. After reinstallation, start a new synchronization and wait for the data to appear on your dashboard.
