If you do not see updates in your account after the installation, there could be several reasons for this. If you followed the installation guide step-by-step, there should be no issues.
Please note that it may take up to 30 minutes to receive the first update from the phone on which you installed Spynger and for it to transfer to your Spynger account.
To ensure that the data in your account is fully updated, the app may require up to 24 hours. This timeframe can vary based on factors such as the internet connection on the target device, the update intervals set in your account, and the activity performed on the target device.
It's important to make sure that the phone you are monitoring has a stable internet connection. Please note that Spynger transmits data only when there is an active internet connection on the target phone. If the internet is not active, Spynger will still record data but will transfer it to your account only when the phone goes online again.
If you see only half of the updated information (updates in keylogger, for instance) but do not see the call logs, make sure you have turned on all the toggles during the installation. If some are still off, the app must be reinstalled. To reinstall it, please follow this guide

If 24 hours have passed since the installation and you still do not see any information in your Spynger account, we recommend reinstalling Spynger using the following steps
