If you haven't received any updates from your child's Android device for over 24 hours, you'll encounter the following message in the Dashboard section of your Spynger account.
This can happen due to one of the following reasons:
- The phone hasn't been connected to the internet for over 24 hours.
- The phone remained turned off for more than 24 hours.
- Your child activated a battery-saving mode that stopped Spynger's functions.
- An antivirus program removed Spynger from the device.
How do I fix this?
- Make sure the phone is switched on and connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data connection (LTE)
- Adjust the battery saving mode
- Restart the phone, wait for 30 mins, then refresh the page
- If this alert is still here, it means you have to re-install Spynger
If you're unable to wait for 30 minutes, reinstall Spynger.
If your antivirus software is detecting Spynger, follow this guide.
