This feature aims to enhance your experience by ensuring that all necessary permissions are granted for the app to operate correctly. If any permissions are missing, you'll receive a notification on your dashboard. This guide will help you verify and grant permissions to ensure seamless monitoring.
Verifying Permissions:
- Sign in to your Spynger account and navigate to the dashboard.
- If any permissions are missing, you'll see a notification prompting you to verify and grant necessary permission
Granting Permissions:
- To grant permissions, retrieve the target device you are monitoring.
- Dial the number 000000 from the target device.
Viewing Missing Permissions:
Shortly after, you'll receive a notification indicating which permissions are not granted.
- Tap on the toggle switch next to the permission name to enable it.
- A new window will appear. Find and select the Spynger Update Service app.
- Confirm the changes to grant the necessary permissions.
Note: If all permissions have been granted, please allow 1-3 hours for the system to configure settings. After this period, check your mSpy account. The notification about missing permissions should no longer be visible.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Ensure the target device is reachable and has an active internet connection.
- Double-check that you're calling the correct number (000000).
- If issues persist, contact our support team for assistance.
