To begin, it's crucial to verify whether Spynger has been installed on the phone you wish to monitor. If it hasn't been installed yet, please refer to this guide for installation instructions.
After the successful installation of Spynger, you have three methods available to monitor social media applications on your child's Android phone:
You can monitor basic social media apps such as WhatsApp, Snapchat, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram, Telegram and many others social media apps including outgoing and incoming messages, without the need for Screenrecorder.
We provide extensive monitoring capabilities for WhatsApp, Snapchat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, and various other social media apps without requiring you to root your child's device or the use of Screenrecorder. Please note that this solution can monitor incoming and outgoing text messages, it does not provide access to images, call logs, or other details.
If you're not seeing updates in these tabs, ensure that Keylogger is enabled on the monitored phone. Keylogger must be activated for social media monitoring to function properly. If it's already activated, try turning it off and then back on again. You can find instructions on how to do this in the guide provided here.
Please note that it may take a few hours, up to 3 hours, for the connection to refresh. Please be patient and check your account later. You will be able to view messages that were read by the user after performing this action.
Keylogger
You can hit the App name drop-down menu in the top-left corner to select all apps or specific app you want to see the Keylogger information for.
If you're not seeing any information there, please refer to this guide to set up Keylogger.
It's important to note that Keylogger does not require rooting the phone. You only need to install Spynger on it.
Screenrecorder
Screenrecorder captures periodic screenshots when your child opens any of the following apps: WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, and Skype. To view these screenshots, log in to your Spynger account and navigate to the Screenrecorder tab.
If you're not finding any information there, please refer to this guide on setting up Screenrecorder.
