If you don't see updates in your account, there could be several reasons:
Please note that if you enter any section of your Control Panel and notice no new logs received within the last 1-6 hours, it doesn't necessarily mean the application is disconnected or not functioning. The app may require up to 24 hours to fully update data in your account, depending on various factors such as the internet connection on the target device, the update interval in your account, and the activity performed on the target device. Keep in mind that Spynger only transmits data when there's an active internet connection on the target phone. If the internet isn't active, Spynger still records data but will transfer it only when the phone reconnects online.
If you are certain that the target phone was online during that time (for example, the user chatted with you, you saw the user's online status on a social network, or it was at home connected to Wi-Fi), we suggest checking the synchronization settings in your account:
- Click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
- Click on ‘Device Management’ :
- Make sure all features that are important for you are set to ‘All connections’ in the ‘Phone Settings’ window.
The recommended Update interval is 30 minutes, which will help you to reduce delay times and provide you with stability for the updates.
If you haven’t received any updates from the target Android device for more than 24 hours, you will probably see the following message in the Dashboard section of your Spynger account.
If you see this message, please follow this guide.
