If you wish to monitor an Android device, it is necessary to physically access the phone. To install Spynger successfully on an Android device, ensure that:
- The device's screen is not locked with a PIN (or you should know how to unlock it).
- The device is connected to the Internet.
- You have up to 10 minutes of physical access to the device you want to monitor.
Freeze Subscription
If you are unable to access your child's phone at the moment, we have a great option for you - Account Freeze! We can freeze your account until you gain access to the device you want to monitor. This allows you to remain our client without losing any days of your subscription.
When you gain access to the device, simply contact us via LiveChat or phone, and we will unfreeze your account!

Unfreeze Subscription
To unfreeze your subscription, log in to your Spynger account.
- When a subscription is frozen, access will be limited to the billing page.
- To continue using your subscription, just click on the Unfreeze option.
- After that click on Proceed
- So now your subscription is unfrozen and ready for use.
