You can unblock apps on the target Android device at any time from your account dashboard.
To unblock an app:
- Open your account dashboard.
- Go to Block Applications.
- Find the app that you want to unblock.
- Select Unblock.
The app is unblocked within 10–30 minutes.
If the app remains blocked
In some cases, Android system restrictions may prevent the app from being unblocked correctly.
If the app remains blocked after you select Unblock, reinstall the monitoring app on the target device and complete the setup process again.
After reinstallation is completed, wait for synchronization to finish and check the app again.
