Block applications
The Block Applications feature blocks apps installed on the target device.
To block an app:
- Go to Block Applications in your account.
- Find the app that you want to block.
- Select Block.
The app is blocked within 10–30 minutes.
When the target device’s user opens a blocked app, a black screen appears instead of the app content.
The app remains blocked even after reinstallation.
To unblock an app:
- Go to Block Applications in your account.
- Find the blocked app.
- Select Unblock.
The app is unblocked within 10–30 minutes.
Block websites
The Block Websites feature blocks access to specific websites on the target device.
To block a website:
- Go to Block Websites in your account.
- Enter the website address, such as facebook.com or instagram.com.
- Select Block.
When the block is applied, a check mark appears in the Applied column. The process can take up to 30 minutes.
When the target device’s user visits a blocked website, a blank page appears.
If the website remains accessible after the check mark appears in the Applied column, clear the browser cache on the target device. Guide for clearing the browser cache:

To unblock a website:
- Go to Block Websites in your account.
- Find the blocked website.
- Select Unblock.
The website is unblocked within 10–30 minutes.
Block Wi-Fi networks
The Block Wi-Fi feature prevents the target device from connecting to specific Wi-Fi networks.
To block a Wi-Fi network:
- Go to Block Wi-Fi in your account.
- Find the Wi-Fi network that you want to block.
- Select Block.
The Wi-Fi network is blocked within 10–30 minutes.
Do not block the Wi-Fi network that the target device uses most often. Otherwise, the device may not be able to send data to your account.
To unblock a Wi-Fi network:
- Go to Block Wi-Fi in your account.
- Find the blocked Wi-Fi network.
- Select Unblock.
The Wi-Fi network is unblocked within 10–30 minutes.
