The Hidden Microphone feature lets you listen to live audio from the target device in real time without notifying the device user. The feature works even when the device screen is locked. You can access the feature in your account after you purchase the Maximum package.
The Hidden Microphone feature may not work as expected in the following situations:
- Bluetooth or wired headphones are connected. Audio is captured through the headphones’ microphone, which can reduce sound quality or interrupt streaming.
- A phone call is in progress. Microphone streaming pauses during the call and resumes after the call ends.
- The device user starts recording audio or video. The live stream continues, but recorded voice or video messages will not contain sound.
- The device user tries to record video during a call. A message such as “Can’t record videos during calls” may appear, and video recording will not start.
In some cases, Hidden Microphone may be temporarily unavailable because of connection delays or network issues. Wait a few minutes and try starting the stream again later.
Refresh the connection remotely
If Hidden Microphone is unavailable for more than 24 hours and you do not have access to the target device, send a technical SMS message to refresh the connection with the server. To refresh the connection:
- Send a standard SMS message to the target device containing:
1000000 - Wait up to 3 hours for the connection to refresh.
Important:
- Send the message as a standard SMS only.
- Do not use WhatsApp, Telegram, or other messaging apps.
- You can include the number inside a regular text message. For example: “I’ll send you 1000000 roses, babe!”
- For better results:
- Disable the internet connection on your own device before sending the SMS.
- Make sure the target device has an active internet connection.
Refresh the connection manually
If you have access to the target device, you can refresh the connection manually.
To refresh the connection:
- Open Settings on the target device.
- Go to Apps.
- Find and open Update Service.
- Open the update page and keep it open for 1-2 minutes.
Opening the update page triggers a connection refresh. The connection is usually restored within 3-4 hours.
Reinstall the app
If Hidden Microphone still does not work after completing the previous steps, reinstall the monitoring app on the target device and complete the setup process again. After reinstallation, wait for synchronization to complete and try using Hidden Microphone again.
